"Inborn! - Das Zusammenspiel der verzerrten Gitarren und Bässen schlägt einem wie eine Mixtur aus Glut und Asche ins Gesicht" [SLAM Magazin]

With their digitally enhanced muscular sound, INBORN! exemplify the maximalist overloaded sound of now. Directed by enigmatic frontman Château, the collective delivers the haunted soundtrack to our accelerated culture embracing post-pop digitalia to the most outstanding effect. Based in Luxembourg, a tedious Bermuda triangle offering the obvious advantages of cross-cultural exchange yet devoid of any significant market structures, INBORN! has been flirting with various layers of sound and time signatures ever since its creation in early 2010. A live force to be reckoned, their shows range from ecstatic to slightly deranged. Having performed different showcases to promote their latest offering 'Persona' released in partnership with Berlin-based Snowhite and Universal Germany, the future punk sensation is now ready to invade stages all across the universe. "Monophona are one of the best bands that we've met while on the road and this is a really nice single: lovely vocals, great atmosphere." [FINK about 'Give up']
When song meets sound, acoustic meets electronic: Monophona is the blend of two extremes, the collaboration between a DJ and a songwriter, one with a background in drum'n'bass, the other in folk. The result is electronic, yet intimate, melodic and innovative; often compared to 90's trip-hop from the likes of Portishead or Massive Attack. On stage, the duo is joined by a drummer and percussionist who adds detail and dynamics to their set.  More information

“... they have ideas everywhere on their second outing.
While every inch of their songwriting feels like years of experimentation paying off, really they're just getting started. And that's very exciting.”

Do you like your guitar rock progressive, hard-hitting and technical? Like, for instance, At the Drive-In, The Mars Volta and similar intelligent rock bands? In that case, we just may have your new favourite band playing at Reeperbahn Festival 2012. Mutiny On The Bounty rips your heart out with some tearing post-hardcore. Their album “Trials” has been produced by no other than Matt Bayles, famous for his work with say Pearl Jam or Mastodon, and it has been released in Germany by Redfield Records in April 2012. The band played more than 400 shows with highlights appearance at SXSW, Roskilde Festival or even Primavera Sound. More information

“If they are able to uphold this high level of quality and diversity on their upcoming album, we will be really in for quite a treat!” [disagreement.net]
PLANKTON WAVES (Dark-Wave)
Plankton Waves merge analog synthesizers, processed voices, vintage beats and tribal drums into dark and hypnotic compositions. The duo's live performances take you to a trip from the cold of Wave over heathen war chants to the fundamental emotionality of 80/90s dance pop. They set you at peace on sparkling layers before bursting out into pumping bass lines, they haunt you with angelic vocals and sprouting rhythms, they enlighten the darkest places with fragile arpeggios. Plankton Waves are just a bit different from what you would expect from a modern electronic band. More information
